Our coaches and Coordinators are an invaluable resource to your organization. They help drive the Population Health Management plan, working as an extension or your internal HR team. They will help determine the best plan of action for your organization, and develop a customized program just for your employees. Because health is not one size fits all, and each member has individual health needs. Our team gets to know your team through regular interaction and relationship building.
Our coaches are responsible for implementing the plan. They design challenges and incentives to motivate members to get and stay healthy, increasing productivity and reducing downtime and create communications plans to keep members informed. They also work closely with our clinical providers at Empower360 to help guide care and keep members on track, all with the goal of helping people live better, healthier lives.
